Our mission is to support countries in sustainably strengthening their surgical systems to provide timely, affordable, and safe surgical care for all.
Our priority areas:
1. Provide technical assistance to countries in developing national surgical care strengthening strategies and/or plans.
2. Assist with developing comprehensive surgical care financing strategies to fund and implement the surgical plans.
3. Facilitate the implementation of national surgical plans through leveraging partnerships and innovative financing strategies.
